Capital Foundation has been established by Capital Small Finance Bank Limited as a not for profit nodal body aimed at providing dedicated approach for community development and fulfilling its CSR Commitments. Capital Foundation shall focus for ensuring socio-economic development of the community through different participatory and need- based initiatives in the best interest of the poor and deprived sections of the society so as to help them to become self-reliant and build a better tomorrow for themselves. Capital Foundation shall strive for economic development of the community that positively impacts the society at large in different arenas. The society would undertake activities towards fulfilling the objectives as provided in rules made there under.

Our Initiatives

(Water, Food and Health)

We install water coolers / water purifiers, tube wells, and handpumps for clean & safe drinking water, promote healthcare with treatment for the underprivileged and preventive health camps, distribution of winter wear including but not limited to warm clothes & blankets to homeless and destitute population / needy section of society and organize food distribution events, addressing crucial needs for a better society.

We are committed to provide relief, rehabilitation, and reconstruction activities for any pandemic/epidemic disaster management including COVID-19 as part of our disaster management efforts and / or providing support towards flood relief / earthquake and rehabilitation activities including distribution of essential commodities like food, clothes, medicines etc.

We promote education through talent hunt programs, scholarships, and distributing books and stationery to students. We also focus on enhancing infrastructure and support facilities in rural and semi-urban areas, fostering education and vocational skills among diverse groups, including children, women, the elderly, and differently-abled individuals.

We are committed to enhancing the well-being of senior citizens and women in socially and economically backward groups by empowering them through education, digitalization, skill development, and livelihood opportunities. These efforts align with our mission to promote gender equality and reduce inequalities within our community.

We are deeply devoted to environmental stewardship through green belt development, tree planting, and backing initiatives like the Clean Ganga Fund and further ensuring environment sustainability through promotion distribution of eco-friendly, bio-degradable bags made from natural material including jute, paper, cloth etc. for pollution free environment. Our commitment safeguards ecological balance, protects flora and fauna, and preserves natural resources, maintaining the quality of soil, air and water.

We are committed to elevating the world of sports. Our initiatives include athlete sponsorship for Olympic sports, empowering rural sports development, backing sports leagues, honing player skills through training, and investing in sports infrastructure development for a brighter sporting future.
